Outcome-based pricing finally has the telemetry to work

Outcome-based pricing always sounded fair and proved impractical — you couldn't cleanly attribute the result. What changed is instrumentation: modern products can now measure the work performed and the outcome delivered with enough fidelity to bill on it.

When you can prove the meeting was booked, the ticket resolved, or the claim processed, you can price the result instead of the access.
